I've grown microgreens for 3 years in different environments from inside in windows, indoors with lights, to now growing microgreens in an open air, covered shelf structure.
I grow using organic substrates and soil and using organic seeds from certified suppliers.
I eat these greens myself everyday and focus on toxic and chemical free living.
We have one place to live.
